欧洲酒店申请退款的差别对待
去年十一月份预定了今年七月份的家庭欧洲出游计划,不幸被疫情搅黄了旅行计划。其中预定了一间
萨尔茨堡的
酒店,以我自己的名字分别在
酒店官网和携程预定了两个订单,一间给我爸妈住,一间给我和我女朋友住。这两个订单都是不可退改的订单。
昨天给携程打电话询问可不可以申请退款,携程客服表示要沟通一下一个小时以后回复,一个小时过后打过来说供应商确认可以无条件退款,很快携程订单取消的邮件就发过来了说四个工作日之内款项原路退回。本来没有报很大希望可以退款,当时预计
酒店允许延迟一年入住就算是比较好的结果了。
今天给
酒店发邮件询问官网预定的订单是否可以取消,结果刚刚收到
酒店的回复主要内容如下:
Unfortunately we have no chance to cancel free of charge.
We can offer to make a reservation change or name change until March 2021.
Please send us a new arrival day.
初步打算等到携程的退款到账之后拿携程的取消订单跟
酒店argue相同的对待。

酒店争取退款或者实在不给退款尽量多延长一下订单保留时间呢?

InterContinental Hotels Group
Bookings made prior to 6 April 2020 at IHG hotels can be changed or cancelled for stays up to 31 August 2020.
Marriott International
For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by June 30, 2020.
Hilton
For reservations made prior to March 12, 2020: You may now change or cancel any future reservation, without penalty, as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date, but not later than August 31, 2020. This includes reservations described as“non-cancellable”or Advance Purchase.
HYATT
With some very limited exceptions, existing reservations booked before July 1, 2020, for arrivals through July 31, 2021, can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
