柬埔寨 暹粒的一家
酒店，采取直接预订，不是express deal ，也不是bid 方式。直接预订
酒店，支付成功，手机收到信用卡消费信息。划款成功。我的邮箱里收到预订单。
可是再三考虑后，由于家里有事情，不能出行，网上have chat 联系在线售后服务，想取消预订
酒店。（对于我预订的这个
酒店，priceline取消预订政策是：
Cancellation Policy
Priceline will not charge you a change or cancel fee, however this hotel has the following cancellation policy: Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).）

美国那边的售后服务代表，have chat ，回答是：需要我自己打电话联系客户中心处理取消预订。没有回答其他任何有效信息。死也不回答我的其他问题，如：可以直接在网上取消吗？ 取消后预订
酒店后 划款可以全部退回我的信用卡吗？取消预订后 会收取我的其他手续费吗？
酒店在我取消后会收取我的任何种类费用吗？ 售后服务都没有直接回答我的疑问。
请问各位前辈：
1. 可以直接在网上取消吗？
2.如果直接在网上取消，消费的金额会全部退回到我的信用卡里吗？
3. 取消预订后 会收取我的其他手续费 或 税费 吗？

酒店在我取消后会收取我的任何种类费用吗？
