- an e-visa pre-approval code obtained via e-mail from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at: www.mfa.gov.ir.

我普通中国护照,常驻国外,所以在没伊朗签证的情况,也不存在海关放行不放行的问题,可以出境。也就是从第三国走。然后是做亚航从吉隆坡飞德黑兰,自助办理登机,没行李托 ... ”
不行,没有那个返签号,航空公司的地姐都不给你登机牌,你就上不了飞机。
