5. Refunds policy and procedure at the Client’s request 5.1 Payments may be refunded only for tickets purchased using the Payment System on the Theatre’s website that have not yet been collected from box-offices. 5.2 In order to secure a payment refund the Client must, within no more than 10 (ten) calendar days prior to the event in question, send a written REQUEST for such by fax to +7-812-7144344 or by e-mailing a scanned copy of this request to the address: tickets@mariinsky.ru 5.3 Applications for payment refunds are processed on a daily basis in accordance with the Theatre’s Booking office opening hours - from 10:00 to 19:00 at the working days and from 11:00 to 19:00 at the weekend, Moscow Time. All applications for refunds can be accepted for processing by the Theatre only on the full completion of Point 5.2. 5.4 Refunds of payments are made on the condition of any expenses incurred by the Theatre being met by the Client (bank fees comprise up to 3% (three percent) of the sum being refunded). Funds will be refunded to the Client by means of the Payment System used when purchasing tickets on the Theatre’s website within between 3 (three) and 30 (thirty) days, depending on communications between the payment system and the Client’s bank.http://tickets.mariinsky.ru/en/agreement/
