我也遇到同样状况。于是我给曼航发了邮件，询问怎么才能完成付款。他们的回复如下：

Dear Ms xxx,

With reference to your email, we deeply apologized to inform you that your online transaction is not approved.Now your Booking is not applicable for online payment.To complete the transaction, it would be highly appreciated if you could reply your permission for us to rerunthe payment from your Visa card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx in order for us to complete the transaction from our end.We extended the ticket time limit to 1600 September 4, 2012 (Thailand Local time :GMT+7), please contact us before time limitis expired otherwise the Booking is cancelled.Please note that the cardholder of the credit card must be the one of traveler and the credit card is required topresent upon check-in counter on the travelling date.The following is your confirmation ;

Booking reference : ........ Passenger's Name : 1. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Flight's details : xxx

Fare : xxx Should there be any further inquiries or more assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
