让我填卡背面的3位security code,其次我每次都是填正确的.
再次输入正确code后，显示以下信息:
We're sorry, but we were unable to verify your code with Visa. If you can use another credit or debit card, you can try Request Number XXX again right now by entering the information below.
我的信用卡是工商银行发行的VISA, 人民币美元都可以刷. 已开通了网上支付,最近在EXPEDIA.com等境外网站订房订机票都成功了,而且刚查了额度,肯定够.
请教下各位大大是何原因?
翻了下老贴似乎也没提到, 难道是BILLING ADDRESS不对? 但我已经填了卡片背面的3位security code了。郁闷...
我对国内发行的卡在国外网站消费都没有什么信心
