米兰,已经用信用卡付款,大概90欧。但后来easyjet客服发了封邮件,说是时间有改动,并有这么一段话——

我当时没觉得什么,后来正好想要改时间,就给他们的客服回了封信,说我取消这张机票。然后他们第一时间没有回复,我觉得应该不会理我,所以就在这个时间差里用这张票改签了时间,等于另行支付了70多欧,机票已经改成另一个时间了。
然是现在他们客服回复了!说给我取消了!我一查改过时间的机票也没了(因为貌似是同一个订单号),所以我不清楚到底是怎么回事——
是他们取消然后给我退款吗?我该不该问问他们?有没有相同经验的朋友介绍下??
