关于德州租车自驾的问题？
由于德州好多目的地都公交不能达，想自己租车，但是爬了几天网上有说可以租的，有说是算无证驾驶的，但内容大多都是3年以前的，请问一下现在是什么情况，能不能租车，如果不能有什么其它解决方案吗？谢谢！

International Drivers
International visitors with a valid license from their home country may drive in Texas for up to one year. Drivers wishing apply for a Texas driver's license who have a valid license from France, Canada, or Germany will have their written and driving skills exams waived. Drivers from any other country other than France, Canada, or Germany will have to pass the written and driving skills exam to convert to a Texas license. All applicants must pass a vision exam.
