我12月1日到,电子签证把我搞的快崩溃了,就是显示fortunately your payment failed,reason:refer to card issuing bank.试了建行和工商银行的信用卡mastercard都是一样。是不是信用卡还要开通什么支付功能吗?还有落地签的问题。同程网的客服一个说支持落地签,另一个说不支持,我从天津出发,在线等答案,谢谢了。邮件问了,刚给我的回复,看不太懂。
