To apply online, they must follow the instructions below:
• They must create a GCKey by registering a username and a password (or log in to Sign-In Partner).
• They will be directed to the MyCIC enrolment page.
• In the Enrol for a MyCIC account section, they must enter the following information:
o their given name,
o their last Name,
o whether they are 16 years of age or older,
o their email address, and
o their preferred language to receive notifications.
我的理解是，
签证没有直接拒绝，是需要她有一个自己的账户自己申请，那么请问我还要重新支付申请费用吗？
