5人申请英国旅游签证1人被拒，原因如下
-You have applied for a leave to enter to visit the UK for 13 day
-On the date of application you were under 18 years of age and I therefore most asses your application as such. The documents you have provided do not demonstrate that your parents consent to you travelling unaccompanied or that adequate arrangements have been made for your travel. You are not travelling with your parent/guardian based in your country of residence and who is responsible for your care and you have not provided evidence that your parent/guardian has given their consent to the arrangements for your travel to, reception and care in the UK. Your application for a visit visa has therefore been refused under Paragraph V 4.11 and V 4.12

V 4.11 Adequate arrangements must have been
made for their travel to, reception and care in the UK.
V 4.12 If the applicant is not applying or
travelling with a parent or guardian based in their home country or country of
ordinary residence who is responsible for their care; that parent or guardian
must confirm that they consent to the arrangements for the child’s travel to,
and reception and care in the UK. Where requested, this consent must be given
in writing.
而那位被拒的申请时的确未成年，可是他父母当时已出具委托书，表明我们同行人中有人监护，在申请单、行程单、酒店订单和机票订单中所标明的出行日期都是在他成年后三天……请问大家怎么看……？
