最近要去德州，之前美国驾照过期了，只能用中国驾照租车，纠结能不能合法开车（就算不合法我也要开，被抓也无所谓，装不懂州法警察一般不会对游客重罚），总结一下，我已经去官网查了可以在德州合法开车，对于某些网友给出的德州开车不合法，我不知道他们是怎么查到的，我找到DMV,DPS两个说法，都可以。

记得以前版主有转过一篇帖子，列出了每一个州的中国驾照情况。我记得德州是不可以的说。。。这篇帖子可以看一下：http://bbs.qyer.com/viewthread.php?tid=636459&from=favorites 我记得是笔试过了可以拿个permit，有了permit新手就可以上路了，但车上必须有一个有美国驾照的人跟着。然后笔试过了才是可以一个人上路。。。要不。。。考虑换个能中国驾照自驾的州？^^

我拖休斯顿的朋友问过，说要是在休斯顿考驾照，笔试过了之后要等一个月才能考路考，我一共就在休斯顿呆不到10天，所以就算在当地考驾照也没办法开啊，我想问问有米有比较明白的呢？

有人用中国驾照在德州开过车，是否合法？我个人的看法是不合法，但是基本没有看到过有警察随机查驾照的，但是，万一出现交通事故或违章，被警察查驾照的话，估计会有问题。

我负责任的告诉你，中国驾照不能在德州使用，如果考德州驾照，你需要在德州呆够90天。中国驾照在美国有些州可以用。但在德州不可以

我每年都去休斯顿参加展会，每次都用中国驾照租车，每次都不用翻译件，每次都成功。。。。不知道那些说不能租车的人怎么想的

靠，怎么大家都说不行啊，我去年8月，前年4月，今年这月一直是租车啊，护照加驾照就可以租了，难道他合法租给我非法开不成？
