我在carhire3000, economycarrentals和道乐中国三家选择同样的full size car（道奇charger一类的，7天，旧金山提车，拉斯维加斯还车，得出下列结果，他们三家所含保险略有不同，我对保险不是很懂，请懂的行家指点一下。上面都说是全包价了，其中道乐中国的那个价格是他们“轻松之旅”价格包，最贵的那个了，这三个价格都不包括GPS。


第一家：carhire3000

141英镑，人民币1500左右，定金35英镑，不知道取消能不能退，差不多提前一个月付全款，异地换车未知


包括

* Unlimited Kilometres for ALL car groups

* Insurance ( - Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection - 3rd Party Liability - Supplementary Liability Insurance - Uninsured Motorist Protection )

* Local Taxes

* Airport Surcharge

* Premium location fee

* Homeland Security Fee


条款：

When you hire a car through TravelJigsaw, your car rental agreement will normally include collision damage waiver & theft waiver. Collision Damage Waiver will waive your liability to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of hire. Theft Waiver provides coverage for the theft or damage resulting from attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any loss that our car rental partner may incur. Both are subject to certain exclusions. Your liability is waived subject to you paying a charge, referred to as an “excess” which limits your liability to the cost of the excess only. In some instances, an excess will not apply and you will be advised of this at the time of making your Booking.

Your rental includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection with zero excess.

You will be required to leave a deposit when collecting the vehicle

This deposit usually takes the form of a credit card, although cash is an option at some locations so please contact a member of our team if you require this facility as this must be confirmed prior to collecting the vehicle. If the vehicle is damaged during the rental, you will be charged up to a maximum of the excess amount. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost Please note in common with most car rental policies there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. 也提到有挡风玻璃，轮胎，the underside or interior of the vehicle（这个不知道到底指什么），拖车费，备用钥匙

比第二个不包含的要少一点。



第二家：economycarrentals.com

CNY 1 838,52 提前两天通知无费用产生，只要付预订费18.88人民币，包括异地还车

- Third party bodily injuries per accident, up to 1000000 USD.

- Third party property damages per accident (excluding rented car) up to 1000000 USD.

- CDW (Collision Damage Waiver).

- Fire insurance with no excess.

- FDW (Full Damage Waiver) with no excess.

- Theft insurance (of ALL the car) with no excess.

但是他家的责任豁免好像比较苛刻，什么天线啦，玻璃啦，内饰啦，灯啊乱七八糟全不不赔的，那还赔什么?

Exceptions to the All Inclusive Insurance :

Charges for any of the damages written below will be charged directly to the client, the most important of which are the following: Antenna, trays, damage to car lock, loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, glass, mirrors, wheels, tires, interior of the car, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, warning triangles, damage to upholstery of a car, damages to the roof, damages caused by roof rack and any luggage on it, extreme dirtiness in a car, underside damage, personal belongings in a rented car, damage due to negligence, tire punctures and burst tires, fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned on electrical devices, loss of car documents, loss of registration plate. The car rental company, in any case, is not obligated to replace a flat tyre or damages in music devices (radio, CD/mp3 player, etc.).

Towing costs are not covered by any insurance.

EconomyCarRentals.com will not refund any telephone, taxi or hotel costs.

EconomyCarRentals.com or the car rental company will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing willful damage, off road driving, driving without care and attention or damages caused by negligence.

The client will accept direct responsibility in respect of such claims.



第三家：道乐中国：

411美金，注册会员可打97折，算下来2600人民币左右，提前三天取消收取25美金，包括异地还车

* 无行驶英里数限制（Unlimited Mileage）

* 所租车辆本身的损失损害以及盗抢责任豁免（Loss Damage Waiver, LDW）

* 个人保护计划（Personal Plan Protection, PPP）

* 补充责任险又称第三方责任险（Supplement Liability, Insurance, SLI）

* 未投保或投保未足额的驾驶员保护 （Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Protection, UMP）

* 州税、销售税、机场设施使用费等所有税费（All Taxes & Fees）

* 车辆牌照费（Vehicle License Fees）

* 顾客设施使用费（Customer Facility Fee, CFC）

* 国土安全费（Homeland Security Fee, HSF）

* 最初的一箱燃料（Initial Tank of Fuel） （赠送Free）

* 免4名附加驾驶者的费用（限25岁以上）（Four Additional Driver 25 and over）（赠送Free）


他家的责任豁免是这样的：

1、损失与损害责任豁免权(LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER.LDW)：一旦顾客购买LDW后，根据各国法规，可以部分或者全部免除这些费用。LDW不是保险。


在签约者（驾驶者）或其他授权驾驶人员发生下列行为时，不能使用豁免权。（1）违反租赁合同的条款；（2）因为不能拔出或固定的钥匙，不能关闭或锁上所有的门窗和车厢，车辆被盗或是遭到损坏；（3）在受损后，没有立即通知公司及警察；（4）不能支付合同下的租赁费用；（5）违反国家法律规定。


租赁者在决定是否购买LDW之前，可以决定是否他们的汽车保险或信用卡协议提供了所租车辆损失损害保险和他们保险所扣除的费用。LDW不是强制购买的，它不是保险。
