哪位帮帮忙!!!我半年前就订好了pp岛的pp hotel,昨天agoda工作人员给我打电话说那个酒店要装修,10月份才重新开了。给我两个选择,要么换一个同等的给我,要么退掉酒店预订。撂了电话,我想了想打算退掉换别的。我也给他回邮件了,可是一直没有回复!!我该怎么联系agoda的人,他只有个国际长途,不会要我打那个电话吧!大家帮帮忙,有什么办法和他们能联系上啊???急呀!!!另外,他告我全额退款到我的信用卡上,那肯定是美元啦!!那汇率差价咋办???
