通过平安旅行社预订停泊岛酒店，怎样才算成功确认？

平安说：
Dear sir,
…… Garden view room + breakfast is RM145.00 per room per night. Would you like to proceed with this reservation?
我说：
I'd like to proceed with this reservation. Can you send me a onfirmation letter ?
平安又说：
Dear sir,
I have made reservation for you but I haven't receive any black and white confirmation from our sales department. Once I got their feedback, I will get back to you.

black and white confirmation 是指我要发传真过去吗？也没给我号码呀，看有的同学说要信用卡付款，怎么付啊？邮件里也没说支付方式呀？求解释~~
