又是关于亚航退税，超过6个月不能退？？

Thank you for your reply. Let me point that I've called the call center for refund several month ago.It was unsuccessful cause of the bank information was not complete. But no one contact me and just holding my request until I called again this month.
There were three fights to refund, XXXXXXXXXX. Please check with your call center officer. I think it's not my fault which cause the process so long.
You help would be appreciated.
