我想请问一下，我在cleartrip.com/网上预定了火车票，
然后在确定付款以后，付款成功
但是订单却失败了，
不知道问题出在哪里，
然后在订单里面有订单编号，显示预定详情，
然后收到订单失败的邮件，
内容

Booking. If the confirmation does not happen, we will refund the amount you have paid. Please call us in the next 15 minutes to know the latest on your

预定时间不知道跟她们的工作时间有没有关系，
是非工作时间才会造成订单失败 ？
是不是代表我要重新预定火车票，
然后这个退款将在15天后退回我的卡内
然后我今天连续订了2程机票都是这个问题，
