这下悲剧了，因为抢特价票，按老鸟说的，把护照号码和有效期顺便填了一个，说是以后护照信息可以改的。结果护照办好了，想改信息时，被告知不可以更改，这是为什么？
我从www.cebupacificair.com官网进去，在Feedback里面反应更改护照号码和有效期的要求。今天收到反馈来信。
