If you wish to rebook your flight, a change fee of USD75.00 will be collected per passenger for your Shanghai-Manila-Shanghai flights and USD15.00 per sector per passenger for your domestic flights ( Manila to General Santos City and General Santos City to Manila ). Note as well that a fare difference will also be collected depending on the seat availability on your chosen date if you wish to rebook the entire flights.



Furthermore, your roundtrip ticket from Shanghai to Manila is non-refundable. However, you may refund your roundtrip ticket from Manila to General Santos City , subject to a refund fee of USD15.00 per passenger.

应该没有理解错误吧。我昨晚半夜想想睡不着，给他们发的邮件，今天中午一点左右收到的回信。

请关注机票的这个条款FARE CONDITIONS，如果有Fare and surcharges are non-refundable，则说明退票是不退款的
