第二笔订单，单独一天的，被取消了。亚航留给我那个10天的订单。还算比较厚道~~

We are contacting you today with regards to your “FREE ROOMS” Bookings that you have made on AirAsiaGo.


We notice that you had made 2 Bookings under this promotion, with the reference of 788XXX & 788XXX.


As per the terms and conditions of this promotion we would like to advice that the Free rooms are limited to one Booking per person and AirAsiaGo reserves the right to cancel any Bookings that exceed the allowable Booking quota (one Booking per person) without any prior notice.


Hereby, we would like to advise AirAsiaGo will keep your first Booking (with reference number 788XXX, but any subsequent Bookings (reference numbers - 788XXX) have been/will be cancelled in the system in line with our terms and conditions.


The total amount collected for these cancelled Bookings will be credited back to the credit card used in making the reservation.


Please be advised that the refund timelines, depending on the financial institution used for your transaction, may require 30 - 60 working days to successfully conduct the reversal of charges. The reverse charge amount will be reflected in either your next or the following credit card statement (this depends on the settlement date of your bank). In the meantime, you may refer to your bank’s Customer Care Service to verify if the amount has, indeed, been reversed

原来被取消会发邮件通知的呀？我的名字订了五个订单，但到现在都没收到取消的邮件，这样是否不取消了？
