求解答：爱尔兰FEXCO Tax Free退税公司问题
我要疯掉了，被这家退税公司给折磨坏了
现在回国了在线申报之后打印了退税单，要给一下相关部门盖章确认。但是无论是派出所户籍管理处，公安局出入境管理处还是行政中心的出入境管理处都表示不能盖章。难道真的要去公证啊？
有谁知道怎么弄么？谢谢啦
