我已经在cleartrip上预订成功了一张火车票。但昨晚在预订另外三程火车票时，网站全都说预订不成功，但信用卡已扣款，并给我的注册邮箱连发三封内容一样的邮件，告诉我三程都没预订成功，要我在接下来的15分钟内致电他们了解后续结果。我当然不可能随便打国际长途去问，但直到今天中午也没有收到新邮件，而且查询预订结果也无果，请问这个该怎么办？难道只能打电话去交涉？
