美签EVUS登记即将过期问题求助
收到提醒邮件，告知我去年申请的美签EVUS在5月8日即将过期，也就是在我的护照过期日11月8日之前半年。但是我五一去欧洲玩，4月27日走，5月8日早上才能回国，显然现在不可能在5月8日之前更换护照，且我查了问答没有新的护照号没法更新EUVS。
还有一个背景信息是，我的十年美签15年办的，但是到现在还没用过。
1、会不会实际上等我换发了新护照，然后再申请新的EVUS就可以了？之前这个EVUS只是过期作废而已？
2、如果不是我想的这样，那现在该怎么办？
请各位前辈高手指教。

ATTENTION! The enrollment submitted on 2016-10-30 10:30:25.841 via EVUS will expire within the next 30 days. It is not possible to extend or renew a current EVUS enrollment. You will need to enroll for a new EVUS. Please reenroll at https://www.evus.gov if travel to the United States is intended in the near future. If there are 30 or more days left on the old enrollment you will receive a warning message during the enrollment and be asked if you wish to proceed.
