第一、加德满都和博卡拉都有藏传系的禅修中心。
如果住的是高端酒店，可以从前台得到一些信息。比方有休闲旅游路线，针对西方游客，往返游，到某个寺庙或中心上一两节的课。优点是和旅游观光联系在一起，缺点是收费贵，获得的知识比较粗浅。
也可以自己查找中心的网站，了解不同的课程的安排，直接邮件电话联系询问。
第二、如果什么都不懂得话，建议到蓝毗尼的园区住一段时间，那里有寺庙、有中心、有常住的修行者、有印度过境的旅行者，无论任何相关问题都可以找到人来问。

Directions: From the taxi stand at at the main crossing (Halan Chowk) head towards Kahare along Lakeside (Baidam) Road. The path up to the Centre starts opposite the “Hungry Feel Restaurant and Bakery”, and next to ‘Empowering Women of Nepal / Three Sisters’ Trekking.
Chhetri Sisters Guest House (Three Sisters) – a landmark for taxi drivers – is 50m further down Lakeside Road.
