请问是什么问题啊？我都是注册会员了为啥还不能买？【是不是跟第二个步骤页面里选择'fare"的类型有关系，我选的就是最简单的Fare 39/AS】
他们系统自动给我回复了邮件到我邮箱：

- the content of this email,
- your User ID,
- a contact telephone number,
- the photocopy/scan of a valid identity document of the person associated to the User ID,
- the photocopy/scan of the tax code number
Within 48 hours you will receive the outcome of your request on your e-mail address.
