歌诗达官网同一航次价格从各国页面进去不一样，选最便宜的靠谱吗？

在歌诗达官网上查询船期和价格，发现同一班船，同一航次，从各国页面进去报价不一致。
随便选了一个航次，以中国、德国、希腊页面分别进去，最便宜内舱房报价分别是：
1、中国，原价4988元，打折4278元。86折。
2、德国，原价4819元，打折3612元。75折。
3、希腊，原价7104元（883欧元），打折2132元（265欧元）。3折。[须加270元小费（44美元）。总计也就2402元]
顺便说下，希腊这个是最扯的，我保证我在3个小时以前看到的是原价445欧元，折后265欧元，6折。
请问：
如果我选择希腊页面（进去后转到的页面标注为“International Site”，应该是更普适的地区价格），订购成功，在新加坡能否正常登船？（不考虑签证问题）

经过仔细研究，以下三点猜测似乎证明了从歌诗达游轮官网的其他国家入口进去看到的便宜船票不对国人开放。 1、账号不在同一系统，即不同国家注册用户不在同一数据库。 ①注册歌诗达游轮官网并登陆后，选择其他国家入口后，表现为未登录状态。
②直接选择其他国家入口，选中航班，直到填写登船人信息时，其中有一项Special rates，要求“one of the Guests is a CostaClub member？”。填写在中国页面注册的账号，显示无此人。

2、费用条件不满足。

点进去看后，立马放弃了......
