因为和很多朋友约好一起去
马尼拉。
我从这个月6号开始，陆陆续续定了好多张票。都是用建行VISA网上定的。每张票基本几个小时后都发了确认邮件。但是从12月21日把我所有定的票全部退回了。款也退了，但我粗略看了下可能因为汇率问题，钱应该少了。邮件内容附在下面（确认码我删掉了）。
大家看看有没有遇到类似的情况的，怎么解决啊。或者可以提供国内可以联系到的号码之类的。1号就要出发了呀！！！
