因为和很多朋友约好一起去
马尼拉。
我从这个月6号开始,陆陆续续定了好多张票。都是用建行VISA网上定的。每张票基本几个小时后都发了确认邮件。但是从12月21日把我所有定的票全部退回了。款也退了,但我粗略看了下可能因为汇率问题,钱应该少了。邮件内容附在下面(确认码我删掉了)。
大家看看有没有遇到类似的情况的,怎么解决啊。或者可以提供国内可以联系到的号码之类的。1号就要出发了呀!!!

为啥没成功,不知道哈。不过这么做航空公司是免费送他权了。。嘿嘿。从维护customer relationship的角度看,cebu不亏。没准拉住了一个客户,他还会在亲朋好友面前说cebu的好话,树立cebu口碑。 跟亚航的free seat道 ... ”
听说cebu的机票一向超卖的,那就意味着也有可能到机场check in的时候已经没票了?
