具体要问邮轮公司或者代理。我记得原来看MSC的条款，好像是没有签证上不了船。
另外，我网上搜了一下，说是有美签的话BVI是免签啊？邮轮的情况不同吗？

詢問郵輪公司客服，看他們能不能幫忙，畢竟是他們的客人，郵輪公司要賺錢，再說，不上岸還要咋滴，他們應該幫助上岸才對呢。
