订的时候看了中文的预订政策，
登入您的预订页面，您可以在您抵达前直至30 日取消您的预订而不用接受惩罚或罚款。
如果您选择并预订了指明是“预缴/不予发还 （PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE）“的房间，将不可能取消您的预订。
但是订好收到英文信件是:

At the time of reservation the hotel will charge :
reservation of 1 room: 1 night on your credit card,
reservation of several rooms: 75% of the total amount.
The deposit is NOT REFUNDED in the case of cancellation or
modification.
In the case of no show or cancellation 72 h prior arrival date the hotel will
charge the total amount of the stay.The payment of the stay is due
at CHECK-IN. Cancellation delay: FULL DEPOSIT is not refundable
even if the
