攻略上都说材料自己翻译就可以不用公证，可官网上对翻译的要求是不能自己或亲属来翻译，需要公证一份译者申明书，搞得我很糊涂，难道这要求是新加的吗？官网原话如下:Translations may be done by a person who is fluent in both languages (English or French and the unofficial language). If the translation is not provided by a member in good standing of a provincial or territorial organization of translators and interpreters in Canada, the translation must be accompanied by an affidavit swearing to the accuracy of the translation and the language proficiency of the translator. The affidavit must be sworn in the presence of a notary public.
