签证处写了一份邮件，给我回复如下：
Dear Madam or Sir,
we have received your Mail.
Please note, that a remonstration can only be processed if:
· The Chinese original comes with a proper translation in English or German language
· It reaches the Embassy within one month after the rejection has been received.
· It is signed by the applicant by hand (identical with the signature in the passport). If an applicant wants to authorize a representative, they need to grant that person power of attorney with a letter of attorney, signed by the applicant.
Third party remonstrations and inquiries without a letter of attorney will not be considered by the embassy.
