瑞士北京使馆写了个邮件，但是得到回复如下。请教下各位大神，再次申请真的得等到一个月以后吗？谢谢各位大神指教
The visa application has been decided according the Standard form for notifying and motivating refusal which you have received. The decision remains in force.
However the first possibility is that you have the right to appeal within 30 days as its mentioned on the refusal letter at our Embassy in Beijing in one of the official languages of Switzerland or directly at the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM). After the payment for the administrative fee is CHF 200.- it will take around 8 to 10 weeks until a decision will be made by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM).
The second possibility is that you can apply again for a Schengen Visa after the 30 days appeal period is finished.
