吉隆坡后办理完入境手续去取行李才发现行李丢失了。出行前我买了华泰的旅游
保险,现在跟亚航关于赔偿的问题进行了邮件的沟通,我的英语水品很差劲,以下是我和亚航的往来邮件,请热心的同学帮我看一下详细内容,再往下我该怎么办呢?
朋友帮我写的发给亚航的信:

We were passengers on flight no.AK115 from Guangzhou,China to
Kuala Lumpur on 31th of Jan. 2001. When we arrived at the Kuala Lumpur airport, we couldn't pick up our luggage and the flight was delayed for ten hours. The details are following:

4. Property Irregularity Report ID:
5. Arrival Flight Date: 31-Jan-2011
6. Baggage Tag no.
Our requirements are following:
1. We need a certificate for delayed luggage for more than 3 days;
2. We need 2 certificates for delayed flight for more than 10 hours for each of the two passengers;
3. We ask for compensation for delayed flight;
4. We ask for compensation for lost luggage.

Please be informed that we are unable to grant your request to provide the certificate for delayed flight . Kindly write in to AirAsia.com & they will assist you to escalate your issue to the respective department . However, we may assist you to process the compensation of your lost luggage . Please refer below :-

1) A photocopy of your Passport
