可以跟前台说明一下，或者叫前台做现在的，如果不行，问能够到哪里做регистрация，然后去律师事务所（我们当时是）花一点钱做一份就可以了。
楼上关于“暂住证”的文章可能有一点年份了，现在没那么夸张，我两年前为了读圣彼得堡一所大学的语言进修班，自己去律师事务所办过暂住证，跟警察局是无关的。而去律师事务所办理，也只是为了给学校出示2个月的居留方面的签证以外的证明（当时情况有点混乱）。
在那以后我也四次赴俄罗斯交流和旅游，只要你备齐每个酒店的регистрация，那张长长的纸条，住后面的酒店就没有问题了。
如果我是你的话，我现在会和旅店交涉，说自己之前住的酒店没有给регистрация，然后出示之前酒店的订单，积极和旅店商量，毕竟你是有小白纸和正规俄罗斯旅游签，通过正常途径前往俄罗斯旅游的持有有效护照的中国公民。抓住几个有力的点和旅店协调吧~
