签证中心，8月31号tracking number查护照返回
签证中心了，以为是有结果了，今天去取护照结果收到一个撤签通知（原文在下方），整个7周内给
签证中心和领馆发过5封催签信，4封emails，1封打印签名的，2封给
签证中心，3封（2email,1手写）给领馆。拿到结果问
签证中心，他们说帮忙跟领事问问 ，说领事都在开G20峰会，要到下周问到了再回复我们。
我现在有两个问题：1、以后再申请去
加拿大旅游我这算是拒签还是没申请过？2、要不要发邮件到
加拿大去申诉，我的邮件都是有原件的，根本没提撤签，只是说打算9月9
日出行的，现在时间很紧了而且十一也有别的旅行计划，请他们抓紧时间帮我们处理？
