请教如何提前72小时进行奥林匹克航空的座位确认SEAT CONFIRMATION？

SEAT CONFIRMATION Please confirm the seat you reserved for the continuation of your trip or for your return journey 72 hours before the departure of your flight. If you do not realize the first part of your trip and do not inform us about this fact, the remaining trip will most likely be cancelled.
但没注明如何办，在它家网站找不到地方可办理。请问是不是一定要打越洋电话过去确认？希望能电邮或网上确认就好些，有依据。
按我的理解，上面说的是：请在你的航班起飞前72小时确认你后续航程或回返航程的位置预订。如果你未曾实现（搭乘）你的第一航程，也未曾将此事实告知我们，余下的行程将很大可能被取消。
这种说明在不少航空公司的机票也有，大意是：如果你乘本公司航班到某地停留（比预期）超过72小时，必须提前72小时通知航空公司确认你的后续或返程航班的座位。
