菲鹰航班定的时候当下确定了，但是几天后收到邮件说无法扣款，又取消我票？求解。
具体情况是
上周帮我妈朋友买票 我妈朋友用招行visa 宿务亚航都能扣 就2P这个不行 于是借我妈的卡（中行master）
然后当下扣成功了 手机也收到扣款短信 也除了confirm的票
这周收到airphilexpress邮件 原文是
Dear Airphilexpress Guest:
Thank you for
Booking your flight with us!
Your transaction was immediately processed according to the airline’s credit card payment policy. Unfortunately, the credit card used to book your flight was rejected in our system.
In view thereof, we would like to inform you that your transaction was invalidated and we were constrained to cancel you ticket.

简单来说就是因为没有扣款取消了。电话致电中行客服，说此扣款还在授权中，没有扣成，估计也不会重复扣了。
那现在我应该怎么做？再用这个卡买一次？还是有什么问题？？
这个卡2个月前帮我妈买各种机票airasia, cebu pacific, airphil express都没有问题
2个月之前买的airphil也扣款成功了
为什么现在不行了？不涉及到没钱问题 卡上额度2万 月月自动连接储蓄卡还钱的。
求解？
