青瓦台的预约
我预约了两次，都是给我发这个信息，大家帮忙看下怎么回事呀

This is Chungwadae tour service team.
From the 2012 1/1 we change existing e-mail application system to the new direct application system on our Chungwadae website.
For tourists who already applied before the new application system
we tried to make automatical transfer from existing system to the new system,
however there were technical problems during the process.
So, we notice that visitors who applied before the new system need to apply again on our website.

通过email在青瓦台官网上询问，得到这个答复：
Dear
Thanks for your email.
However, we, the webmaster, are not the officers who are caring about Cheongwadae tour. Moreover, you have to submit your application for the tour 2 weeks in advance. we are afraid to tell you that the tour will not available this week.
For rescheduling the tour, Please contact tour@president.go.kr. Regarding Cheongwadae tour, our tour staffs will kindly rearrange tour date and answer your questions and inquiy.
For the tour, We strongly encourage you to submit your reservation applications again and please make sure to include the followings in the application.
- Full-name
- Passport Number
- Date of Birth
- Contact Information
- Nationality
- Desired tour schedule (date & time)

1、开放时间：周二-周五开放，分时段参观，全程参观约40-50min。
2、最新预约网址（该网址2013年1月22-30日暂时关闭）：http://english.president.go.kr/tours/cwd_tours/cwd_reserve_step1.php
3、集合地点（提前20分钟集合）：景福宫东侧停车场，即景福宫售票处旁的“协生门”出去直走，就是蓝房子集合地。工作人员先审核你的申请资格，交打印好的预约单和护照审核后在原地等大巴来接。上车前警卫和导游再次审核名单，并且发游览证。下车进门，发青瓦台纪念马克杯，然后安检。安检之后，工作人员发中文翻译器。先看宣传片，然后参观，全程警卫跟随，只能在指定地点拍照。
可能1月份申请的朋友要等到中旬才可以得到确认了。
1月初的比较困难～～
我今天刚去参观回来。对于第一次旅游，时间又不是很充足的朋友来说，不建议参观青瓦台，因为会感觉比较浪费时间。
我是申请的11点的，但是因为迟到，以为已经没有机会，但是还是想走一次路线，拍摄一下路线图， 没想到很顺利，等找到巴士站以后，车子还没有出发，那时候已经是11点20。 因为前面参观团比较人多，所以11点参观的时间就延迟了然后很顺利上车就去参观。
回来大约1点多。领了一个马克杯。如果是小朋友会领取一个记事本垫。

Please e-mail the passport date of issue and date of expiration of the following people again and we will help you make a properly reservation.
青瓦台是韩国总统府邸及韩国政治事务处理场所，可以通过网上预约进行免费参观，但每个时段只有10个外国游客预约名额。参观时间：周二~周五、每月第二个和第四个周六(除法定假日外，周六10人以下个人及家族单位)一天四次10:00、11:00、14:00、15:00。
意思么 就是说他们申请系统换了 需要到网站上去预约 之前申请的人 他们尝试转到新的预约系统上去 但是不行
郁闷死了
但是那个网站我打不开的

已经不是写邮件申请了，而是网上申请后填写相关信息，目前1月份只有31号下午的两个时段还有空位且预约数只剩一位
总觉得改版以后看着没有以前嫩么顺眼了~~~赫赫~~~
也许是用那个用惯了~~~
