Booking on the Virgin Blue Airpass website (or if you are a Guest with special needs, via the Guest Contact Centre):

YES (at least 24 hours before flight) – AUD$40 service fee applies* for Domestic Flights. AUD$50 service fee applies* for International Flights.
ROUTE / SECTORYES – no change fee (at least 24 hours before flight)^
NO – (unless you are a Guest with special needs)
* Service fee waived for Guests with special needs (SSR)
