Temporary Suspension of Flights to Tianjin
We regret to inform guests bound for Tianjin that the flights have been suspended between 23.11.2009 and 31.01.2010. Please look out for our email and SMS for further notification.
Why is the Tianjin flight suspended? AirAsia is suspending the flight due to commercial reasons and adverse weather conditions
Is this a temporary measure? If yes, when will the flight resume? The management of AirAsia will be monitoring and reviewing the case. As of today, we have temporarily suspended flights between 23.11.2009 and 31.01.2010 Flights are likely to resume anytime between the first half of 2010 pending assessment of the situation.
How will AirAsia compensate guests who are affected? Affected guests are given the option of a full refund
How have affected guests been notified of the suspension of the Kuala Lumpur- Tianjin route? Guests have been notified via email and SMS.
