因为和很多朋友约好一起去
马尼拉。
我从这个月6号开始,陆陆续续定了好多张票。都是用建行VISA网上定的。每张票基本几个小时后都发了确认邮件。但是从12月21日把我所有定的票全部退回了。款也退了,但我粗略看了下可能因为汇率问题,钱应该少了。邮件内容附在下面(确认码我删掉了)。
大家看看有没有遇到类似的情况的,怎么解决啊。或者可以提供国内可以联系到的号码之类的。1号就要出发了呀!!!

lz,人家根本没有退回你的票啊。cebu做到最好了,让你check in的时候付款就是了。相当于免费给了你低价购票选择权,行权价是你网上购买机票的价格。你有购票的权利,当然你可以放弃这个权利。打个比方,这类似于企业免费发给你了一个美式认股权证(国内都没有这种权证,国内都是欧式的),你随时可以在权证有效期内行使call的权。
这比给你机票要爽多了。。你可以用低价乘机,也可以不用任何费用取消登机。身在福中不知福。
