因为和很多朋友约好一起去
马尼拉。
我从这个月6号开始,陆陆续续定了好多张票。都是用建行VISA网上定的。每张票基本几个小时后都发了确认邮件。但是从12月21日把我所有定的票全部退回了。款也退了,但我粗略看了下可能因为汇率问题,钱应该少了。邮件内容附在下面(确认码我删掉了)。
大家看看有没有遇到类似的情况的,怎么解决啊。或者可以提供国内可以联系到的号码之类的。1号就要出发了呀!!!

可以去国内上海、广州CEBU代售点去付钱,但是一张票要给50RMB的手续费
可以在柜台check in得时候付钱,但是我还没弄明白在check in的时候是不是我在网上买票得价格,如果不是,而是按当天市价走,我哭死的心都有了。这点要打到马尼拉去问,我出发还早,所以还没勇气打那个永远打不通的电话
