From Madrid take local train from the Atocha station to Chamartin. The Avante is the fast train and only 35 min. Best to get tickets in advance. Tickets can be bought directly at Charmartín station or, perhaps, more conveniently at the Travel Agency Dept of El Corte Ingles, a department store found in several locations across the city. Same day tickets a bit of a problem due to daily commuters. 3. 去Segovia 的汽车The Sepulvedana Bus goes from the MONCLOA Intercambiador (platform 8 or 9) on Metro lines 3 and 6. Once you go upstairs from the metro look for the green signs to the Sepulvedana ticket desk. A direct bus takes around 1 hour. On the Bus there is Wi-Fi. There is a bus every 30 minutes to 45 minutes starting at 6:30 until 23:00. See times on web. The current (2014) return fare is about €15 and usually there is no problem in getting one even just half an hour before departure. Tickets can be purchased from a ticket machine on the wall with a credit card, or from a ticket agent. There is no signage about ticket fares or how to buy a return ticket, only a screen showing bus times on weekdays, Saturday or Sunday. You have the option to buy an open ticket, for a flexible return time, but be careful if you do this. Return tickets can sell out early for popular times from 17:00 to 19:00 and an agent isn't always working at night. With an open ticket you MUST see an agent or use the ticket machine at the bus station at Segovia to reserve a seat on the return bus. The bus driver will ask you for your original return receipt/ticket and the receipt you receive showing your return time from the machine .The Bus Station is close to the City Centre and the aqueduct and easily doable on foot in a few minutes.
