2015年7月28日于法国的巴黎春天购买了一些东西，当天下午既回国。由于金额比较大（710欧），当时选择了将税退至信用卡。当时在戴高乐机场在导游的指导下，在机器上直接将税单扫描通过后，将其投入了相应的邮箱内。因为时间已过去了将近两个月都没有钱退还，我即追踪我的退税进程，几天后有人回复了邮件，主要内容如下：I have checked our database and we did receive your electronic format of the voucher but we were unable to issue a refund as your voucher did not contain a valid Pablo scan.We cannot issue a refund without gaining customs approval for the region. Can you advise did you receive a physical stamp on the voucher and post it back to us from the airport?不知哪位大侠能帮忙出个招，帮我讨回这笔钱啊！

跟你一模一样的情况，海关人工办理的手续，至今没有收到，现在又回复了一封In order for us to assist you further with the process, you will need to return your tourist copy to the customs department of your departure country in order to gain customs approval before it is returned to us for a refund.Before sending it to customs, you need to ask for a written validation « a posteriori » of this document at a French consulate in your local area.Please return the consulate stamped tourist copy of your voucher to the assigned customs office from above document who will then forward it to our French office directly for processing if approved. Please be advised that approval is entirely a decision of the customs office of this region that we do not have any power to overturn.Along with your tourist copy, please send the below information: 1. A letter to explain the reasons why you did not get your voucher stamped and stating that your original got lost in the post to us.2. The copy of your flight ticket or any proof of your departure from Europe3. All legal documents which justify your residency in a foreign country (copy of your passport or Diplomatic card)

我写邮件追问他所说的electronic format of voucher是海关还是商场提供的。过了几天另外一个人回了邮件，主要内容如下：Thank you for your mail. I can appreciate that you scanned the document. However it was not scanned successfully. When the form is scanned successfully, we receive the information electronically on our database. In the event that the scan does not work correctly, it is essential to gain a physical custom stamp and submit the form. Can you please advise if you recall this being done? 这里又写当扫描成功他们的数据库就有电子信息。他们前后两人关于电子信息的内容矛盾啊！明摆想黑钱的节奏啊！
