2月初去法意瑞蜜月,
罗马进
巴黎出。2月7日在老佛爷购物时在GLOBAL BULE专柜选择现金退税,招行信用卡做担保的。同时在
法国戴高乐机场离境时,所有单据经海关机器扫描(显示成功)且投递到GLOBAL BULE指定的邮箱,就是在人工办理退现的傍边,2个透明的信箱。同团的朋友都是是在导游指导下这样操作并投递。
扫描机器未过的单子大多都是在
意大利及
法国春天百货购买的,都是属于另外一个退税公司。经海关盖章后准备机场领现金的,但是最后由于时间问题,只能匆忙选择信用卡退税并投递到黄色邮筒内,我记得的是右边的。因为早就听说信用卡退税可能碰到问题,所以对退信用卡的钱没有抱很大的希望。总想着幸好在老佛爷的东西,包括帮朋友买买的卡地亚对戒,LV包包至少都退到钱了,落袋为安。回来后也按退税后的价格和朋友结算。
但是3月5日晚,我和我先生的信用卡同时都被扣款,一开始以为是信用卡被盗刷!后来电话至银行发现都是“LATE VAT CHARGE”,一家
瑞典的退税公司!思来想去,终于对上了!就是老佛也买的那些东西。被扣的金额正是原来的退税金额+3%的罚金。同样,与我们同行的一对小夫妻夫妻也发生了同样地情况。我们几个人的信封是分开放的,并未放在一个信封内。而我们再次被信用卡扣款的金额达到近600欧,后来我想尽办法打了很多电话,很奇怪GLOBAL BULE的800 电话一直打不通,工行的退税点电话也去咨询过。无奈之下只能给GLOBAL BULE写了封信,把所有单据都贴上,包括登机牌,VAT 绿联等。隔天也就是今天就收到了回复!

“I undersigned declare that, in case Global Blue (F) should not receive one of the listed Global Blue Cheques (B) before duly stamped by Customs, I expressly and irrevocably authorize Global Blue to debit my credit card (A) for the respective Debit Amount (E) composed by refund amount (C) plus a debiting penalty fee (D) on every transaction.

Please be advised that by signing this document you acknowledged the terms and conditions of this service.
Just for your information, we do not provide any Global Blue box at CDG aiport.
If we do receive your VAT document, the refund will be returned to your credit card. However, a penalty fee (3% from the refund amount) will be charged from this amount as the consequence of the late delivery.

回信也只是把旅客申明再说了下,还有说就是如果真的有收到会再把钱退到卡里,但是3%的钱就没有。。。各位有没有碰到过这种情况???
我觉得老痛心额!本来以为到手的钱肯定是没问题的,只是信用卡做担保而已。但是现在。。。
还有我觉得疑问的是,为何将近一个月了(2月9日离境,寄单据)为何GLOBAL BULE到现在还没有收到?又不是在其他地方寄的,而是

法国应该不会这样慢吧?!另外我们能联系到的另一对团友他们是选择信用卡退税的,所以不会出现我们这种情况,请问各位大虾我现在除了焦急等待之外还有什么方法能够取回退税?
那天也有和导游联系,他让我把单据准备好,下周带团的时候会帮我们到老佛爷退税点去问下,因为我们两对夫妻的税单没放在一个信封,这不是个例。
但是如果GLOBAL BULE坚持说没有收到我们的单子,是不是就是没有希望了。。。还有其他什么办法吗。。。求助。。。。谢谢!
有一个朋友也是2月份去的法国,也是在老佛爷退现金,昨天信用卡被全额+3%扣款!
