1，TEXI问题
Texi的前座（司机旁边的座位）不允许坐乘客的， 除非司机特别允许你；
任何Car （私人车或者Texi）, 都是允许坐五个人（包括司机）！ 超载的车警察是要罚款的。
也就是说， TEXI只能坐三位乘客！
如果是五个人的话， 建议试试华人的‘电招车’（电话预约， 上门的定点服务）， 价格相差不会多少。 因为‘电招车’都是‘林肯车-Lincoln Town Car’， 内部空间较大， 而且是华人司机好说话， 建议在打电话时就问问清楚并叫接电话的人对司机明说。 他们都非常准时， 万一车到了而拒载就‘大事不好’鸟！
2， 曼哈顿到LGA机场， 如果司机要走Midtown Tunnel的话， 我想， 你不应该为了省这几个钱而坚持绕道走。 现在的收费$5.00(现金）/$4.15(EZ Pass), 一般而言，这样走时间节省很多。那时候市内的高速， 当然有时候也会塞， 得看什么时候叫车） 一旦塞车， 又坐Texi的话， 那个码表跳起来是会跳出心脏病来的哦！（电招车不用码表， 在预订车辆时就会告诉你的价格是多少， 支付时加上10-15%的Tip就可以了）
4， 大都会艺术博物馆
收费没有任何改变！
毛病出在很多人的原先的认识就是错误的， 他们以为原先是免费的！ 英国的大英博物馆是国家的， 是免费的。 这个是私人的， 门票是采用‘乐捐’形式！
‘乐捐’——有一个‘建议价格’（Suggested： Adult $20.00）， 在任何钟爱艺术的游客眼中， 这20美元无论如何是值得的， 是应该支付的， 如果你能够承担的话。 但是，如果不能承担， 则尽你的可能在$1.00~$20, 或者$1.00~$27.00间（有听力讲解器）支付。 通常是支付10美元， 假如你还是一个没有工作的学生， 假如你失业了， 假如你是‘社会救济金’的领取者而又酷爱艺术的话……等等。
有些游客， 手提高档相机， 衣着光鲜， 却只支付$1.00,$2.00， 虽然事实上没有人会拒绝你入内， 甚至也没有人会说你什么， 我想， 一个受过不错教育的中国人自己也应该会感到内疚的。 哪里不能省这几元钱呢？！ 比如， 我就可能会坐巴士从曼哈顿到LGA机场，而将坐TEXI的钱省下而认认真真地，问心无愧地享用一顿世界级别的艺术大餐！
下面是原封不动地COPY自今天的博物馆官方网站的消息， 我还从各个不同角度搜了一下， 所有入场券的信息都是一致的， 应该是可信的。 当然， 中文是我加的：

Q3: 美国很多地方都有WI-FI覆盖的,其中有些是PUBLIC FREE的, 比如说STARBUCKS,如果你有带LAPTOP的话,可以试一下. 当然咯, 如果你没带的话, 也想方便一下的话, 建议你到APPLE SHOP用一下, APPLE SHOP里面最新型号的电脑给你.你装成试用产品的样子去摆弄一下还是可以的,当然会有店员上来跟你推销, 你要准备和他周旋喔, 哈哈!本人在芝加哥就试过因为有急事要上网查EMAIL,结果在APPLE里面用了几分钟, 不过因为那操作系统不同, 还弄了一会儿才知道如何上网呢~!
Q4: 关于MET博物的, 游牧老伯的是正解! 那是SUGGESTED FARE.不过不算便宜这个价格,巴黎罗浮宫才9欧. 不过嘛, 艺术是无价的嘛~~
华人的电招车，哪里能找到电话呢？是否有人使用过，介绍一个？
关于纽约的TAXI，我在官方网站上找到的信息是，如果司机允许，前面可以做人，一个CAB最多4个人，后面可以增加一个7岁以下的小孩。但实践中，我担心司机不愿意载，耽误了飞机(早上很早的)。还是联系华人的电招车好一些。
大都会博物馆的门票，现在很清楚了。非常同意游牧老伯的见解。
2，看你从曼哈顿哪里走，如果正好在42街附近，司机又要走中城隧道就有过路费。走其他的桥就没有。
3，没必要，到机场去check-in，自助、柜台都很方便。
