The restored country estate "L'Azalea" is in a panoramic position surrounded by its own vineyards and olive groves. This country house is situated 6 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze. The house is located on top of a hill, in the countryside.


In the house you will find facilities like satellite-TV, air conditioning and heating. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace of 30 m2 with panoramic view of the countryside. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. The double sofa bed can be booked as an additional bed.


For shared use there is grounds of 2 ha, a well-kept garden with lawn and plants, an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 12 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, opened from 04-05 to 28-09. The terrace with garden furniture has a barbecue and a swing. In the complex you will find a breakfast room, central heating and a washing machine (for shared use, extra). There is private parking space available.


Within 4 km you can find several shops. Riding stables and railway station Certaldo is in 5 km. You can play tennis in 8 km and there is a golf course 25 km away from the accommodation. Please note that the owner lives in the same grounds.
