今天终于在意铁上买到票了，给我的信息如下，我买的TICKETLESS的，请问我把这单子打出来，到了火车站怎么拿票啊，还是直接去把这单子给售票的，从来没去过
意大利，谁能帮我回答一下啊，而且我网上订票的时候买的是两人的，他们火车票是实名制吗？填写名字的时候只有一个地方让我写一个名字。

所以我理解是：即使没有PDF文件的车票、你把那电邮打印出来也可以。或记住PNR号码、到时在火车站有小机器输入号码把车票打出来。

一次可以购买最多5个人的票，只需输入一个人的名字。可以分段购买，比如米兰——佛罗伦萨，佛罗伦萨——罗马。买完一段票后，选择“New Journey",再买下一段。最后一起付款。
同一张信用卡付款后，大概要过24小时吧，才可以再次支付。
选择ticketless，你可以在购买成功的页面点击“打印”，网页会显示那张PDF格式的车票，打印出来就好了。如果没有打印机，就马上保存副本，稍后打印。也可以在收到的邮件中，把附件的车票打印出来。个人觉得选择ticketless，挺方便的。
另外，用自己的注册ID，自己的信用卡，也可以帮别人买票的，输入其中一个乘车人的姓名就好了。

选择ticketless，只要记住PNR号就行，你打印不打印文件都没有关系，火车上，向查票的人出示PNR号码，他们会在手上的小机器中输入这个号码，就行了。至于他给不给你收据或者车票什么的就不知道了。有些人把PNR号码存在手机里，向其出示都可以的。
顺便借贵贴一问，我订的是两人票，票上写了旅客2人，但ticket holder上只有我一个人的名字。这样也可以吗？
