如题。预订的是
泰国一
酒店,显示某日期前取消可免收费,预订隔天收到扣费短信,以为是预授权,未作理会,可几天后看到账单上已扣费,200多美金,全额扣款,消费明细注明
酒店全称。我看到账单后马上致电银行,打了3次,不同员工接听,都确定是已入账交易,要还款的。还说预授权的银行系统能区分。
之后我给
Booking打电话反应,也发了银行账单截图过去。就石沉大海了,一整天p都没回复个。
我坐不住自己发邮件给
酒店,一小时后人家就回复了。以下原文:

他说在
酒店系统内没找到交易记录,也就是没扣费操作咯?又说一个月内退钱,既然没记录他怎么原路退款到我卡上?
然后这邮件是我下午六点收到的,当晚11点致电
Booking,说
酒店未做回复.这种效率,比我外行人效率还低.

Booking,这次的体验让我对他的安全和售后质量都产生了怀疑
